  1. Great video as always, my friend and some very interesting information! What would you recommend as the best nootropics from the racetam class to help with Alzheimer's Diseases and preventing cognitive decline? Also, are there any other less expensive options than 23andme.com to find out your deficiencies? Thanks and keep up the great work!

Great content man. Been following your vĂdeos for 6 months.
The reason why I got interested is the "Flow" state that i've experienced when taking 200mg caffeine a day or even without it while preparing for my finals (Genetics). The speed of processing/calmness is just dope. I think this state is achievable by auto-suggestion that ends up triggering all kinds of chemical releases in your brain/body. These nootropics kinda "hacks" you into the ZONE, wich is easier.
Started combining L-Theanine with coffee and damn achieving state is way easier, i've also noticed that with this combo my verbal communication gets sharper.
I am very new to nootropics. What stack would you recommend me for studying/calmness/verbal flow?
    Keep up the great work.
