Your Native American got thrown into the Central American. The description has it as mostly "Mestizo" which is a mix of Native American and European (mostly Spaniard), and a bit of African more or less and other things.
At this point you've probably read the Central American description.
The Middle Eastern is probably through the Spaniards/Portuguese.

Many people here seem to forget that Mexico received immigration during Spanish rule and after independence, and wanna relate the middle eastern DNA to Moors in Spain.
Mexico received a ton of Arab immigration and in fact, 1% of Mexico is Arab. Mexico, like much of Latin America, is a mixture of all around the world, even tho the grand majority is Spanish-indigenous.

I took the ancestry test and found all my long lost Mexicans cousins on there on the DNA matches. I grew up totally unaware that I was part Mexican. However, the results (Iberian Peninsula/Native American) on ancestry.com were a dead giveaway. I also found out my family name was changed from Hernandez to Johnson. Do some more digging, it’s worth it. #Afrolatinas
