Today I’m showing you how I used some veeeery old memorabilia (62 years old!) to tell the story of my grandparents’ wedding day. I’m also showing you how you can add to the story, providing a few more details that the newspaper may have left out.

One super cool layout 🙂 Really enjoying the series. I seen someone mentioned about the newspaper article and how to make it more acid free friendly. Also if your using alot of paper clippings you may want to check out http://www.paperclipping.com/the-very-best-and-only-good-way-to-adhere-newspaper-t-shirts-and-other-stuff/
Cute Layout!! I am loving this series you are doing!! I am also trying to scrap my family photos and it is nice to see how others are doing it too. I love that you have the actual newspaper clipping from their wedding!!
It's lovely! I hope you don't mind a suggestion. The acid from the newspaper clipping is going to eat the photo in a few years. I use a preservation spray by Krylon, but you could mount the photo on cardstock if you don't have any. Take care, Kim 🙂
