I could drink coffee in the morning and not sleep well that night. I may wake up after a few hours. I know that coffee messes with my sleep patterns so I try to only drink it for emergencies like driving cross country.

You should check 23&me again and click on see all tested populations. They have the countries for southeast asia and is now more specific

  3. Interesting! Now that you have 23andme raw data, you should definetely take http://www.24genetics.com health and ancestry tests. I really recommend it, it entirely fit with the information that I already had and it is much more complete than others. Good luck!

  4. Lactose intolerance is a big red herring as they should be testing for the mutation that allows you as an adult to tolerate lactose (or even produce your own lactase) – which also has no bearing on whether you react badly to mutant A1 beta caseine protein produced by a significant portion of cattle in commercial dairies. That'll be future revenue for retesting for 23&Me maybe

  5. Also do video on chair flare. Really want to learn that

  6. Hey. Make a video on how to do your spider jump kind of thing. I need to know. Plz I might die of death if I don't know how to do that. Please. Notice me sempai

  7. VINCE – The French /German thing is probably because the origin of "Plenert" is from the "Elses Lorain" region along the French/German boarder – currently under French rule. Thank Nepolean – he didn't like certain religious groups of people and forced them out. Opa's family went to Eastern Germany(Prussia) but many Plenerts came to the USA and live in Kansas.
Opa's eye condition is much better these days. His new Dr. forced him to take vitamin B12 and D3. Suddenly he didn't have to get so many shots. Just eat your vegetables.

  8. Dying at Vince's pronounciation of all of the disease names!

I have heard that you can look more at the specific genes and alleles that you have mutations in (such as fast or slow metabolism of coffee) through the use of a database known as Promethease (https://promethease.com/ondemandagreed)

I have no personal experience in using this database but it has a direct import function from the 23andme website and have heard that it is reliable 🙂
