Im so happy these two sister's found each. I still hold on to the hopes of finding my biological brother that my mother gave up for adoption when I was a little girl. Michael Velez, we will meet each-other in this life or the next. This is Idolidia Garay. Your big sister loves you.
Some families reject adoptees.
Your video touches my heart so deeply. I too am adopted. I have searched and searched to only hit dead ends. I did 23and Me I. hopes of finding family. I did find over 1300 relatives mostly 2nd cousins and farther back. No siblings. No one that seems to know anything about me being born. So now, at 59, I somehow find comfort in knowing where my heritage comes from. God bless you on your journey with your new found family !! I abput fell off my chair when your sister said, fly you to Topeka, KS!! I spent a good part of my life there !!
Luckily it wasn't a family that was addicted to crack.
This made me cry the first time I watched it. I hope one day to find my birth parents.
I'm also an adoptee. I'm 36 and have found lots of dead ends in my search. My parents are (shockingly) apparently from morman polygamist….. no one will narrow it down from there. Now I kinda wish I knew. I grew up an only child in a very small family. Be wary what you wish for….
